I already use another *IQ product — how does HRIQ fit?

It slots straight in. HRIQ shares the same look, the same login on the Hosted plan, and sits alongside your existing dashboard — your team already knows how it works. We add it to your account and bundle the billing, so it's one relationship, one invoice.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The live demo opens instantly in your browser with sample data (a fictional joinery firm) — have a proper play before you give us anything.

Is this legal advice?

No. HRIQ is structured to match UK employment law — contracts, ACAS, right-to-work, minimum wage, holiday and SSP — and keeps you on the right process, but it isn't a substitute for professional legal advice and isn't a guarantee of compliance.

Where is my data stored?

On the Local plan, entirely on your device, in your browser — nothing is uploaded to us, which matters for sensitive HR data under UK GDPR. The Hosted plan adds opt-in cloud sync with team logins and a shared audit trail.

Does it do payroll?

It does payroll prep, not the payroll run. HRIQ checks minimum wage and pension auto-enrolment, gathers starters, leavers and pay, and exports a clean CSV for your accountant or payroll software. It doesn't calculate PAYE/NI or file with HMRC.

What will it cost?

Monthly-rolling — cancel anytime, or pay annually and get two months free. The Local (single device) plan is around £9/mo plus a one-off £19 onboarding.
